Welcome to Krystal Vallarta! Please relax and enjoy our Mexican Hospitality. Below you will find the most important information on what is included in your all-inclusive package.
Check in: 4:00 p.m.
Check out: 10:00 AM (noon).
Otherwise a surcharge for package extension will be charged.

You can settle your account the evening prior to departure to ensure a timely check out.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

Please show your KIVC bracelet to your waiter. For internal control our policy is to have your signature in your check at the restaurants, it won’t be charged to your room bill.

  • Breakfast:Buffet daily at Las Velas Restaurant. From 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Lunch: Buffet style daily at Las Velas Restaurant. From 12:30 PM –5:00 PM
  • Snacks: A la carte dailyat the beach area. From 12:30 – 5:00 PM.
  • Dinner:
    • Buffet style dinner at Las Velas Restaurant. From 5:00 PM– 11:00 PM Reservation is not required.
    • 20 USD per person surcharge for Main Menu applies in Las Velas restaurant.
    • Sushi Bar (Japanese Cuisine) Closed Monday.
For Sushi Bar:
  • Reservation must be made 24:00 hrs in advance at the Concierge Desk.
  • Maximum group reservation is 6 pax, maximum ammount of groups 2.
  • Seating reservation from 7:00pm to 9:30pm (2 per hour, Tuesday through Sunday).

For Cinque Terre:
  • Reservation must be made 24:00 hrs in advance at the Concierge Desk.
  • Maximum group reservation is 6 pax, maximum amount of groups 2.
  • Seating reservation from 7:00pm to 9:45pm (2 per hour, Tuesday through Sunday).
Drinks will include
  • Juices: orange, pineapple, tomato and grapefruit.
  • Rums: Bacardi white, Bacardi Añejo.
  • Tequilas: Sauza White, Hornitos, Conmemorativo, Cuervo tradicional, Destilador, Tenampa, Cuervo Especial, Mayorazgo.
  • Brandies: Don Pedro, Presidente.
  • Gins: Karat Beefeater, Tanqueray
  • Vodkas: Smirnoff, Oso Kara, Absolut, Wiborowa.
  • Cream liqueurs and liqueurs: Kalhúa, Amareto, Anis, Chinchón
  • Imported House Wine
  • Beer.
  • Sodas: Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Fresca, Diet Coke

ENTERTAINMENT AND ACTIVITIES

  • Xtine Club: No cover. Drinks not included. Open bar nights: No cover two drinks per person included. (Closed Mondays).
  • Karaoke and Night entertainment: verify the program in the Activities Palapa
  • Pool and beach activities: verify the time in the Activities Palapa
  • Exercise area:located by the tennis courts
  • Tennis courts and racquet ball: classes available with extra charge
Others:
  • Services not listed in this letter imply an extra charge
  • Wear the bracelet at all times. This bracelet will identify you among the hotel staff as a holder of the all-inclusive package. This applies to minors from 6 to 12 years old.
  • Any unused portion of the All-inclusive package will not be refundable
  • Taxes and Tips are included
  • All inclusive services are per person, per day /not transferable, nor accumulative. Any violation of this may cause additional charges or cancellation of the all inclusive package.
  • Le Café Lobby Stand and room service is not included
