Good Morning and Good Afternoon!

We want to say "Thank you" so much for making us having wonderful time and the NH Krystal was beautiful and great room and view. People were friendly.
Jose was the best person to make people feel welcome and he has huge smile and big heart and understands people feelings ready or not ready to buy Vacation Club. I already missed him. He took alot of time to communicate with us. I want u to let him know he did great job. After he showed us around he let us talk to his boss (I forgot the person name I dont want to remember the person name) he was worst and very very pushy and not take his time to communicate with us to make sure we understand him.
Sorry to say this but want to let u know we did not join "Vacation Club" this time but hope in the future when time is right. But please remember Jose is great person. Give Jose credit...

Paul and I would like to express our thanks for an absolutely delightful vacation at the Krystal the last week of May.  We were so pleased with our accommodations and all the extra perks of your "all inclusive".  The food was wonderful at ALL times.  And as to the drinks.......I loved their pina coladas!  The staff at the buffet area were very friendly and anxious to please.

As to the Time Share presentation...the presenters were very professional and at no time did we feel pressured.

We truly enjoyed the tour of Puerto Vallarta that was provided.

We had a very enjoyable time and would love to come back again.

I just wanted to tell you both that we had an astonishing time out there in Cancun and your hotel was nothing but outstanding. The service we received starting from Jose and the person that picked us up in the airport, was nothing but great. The restaurant in the hotel was magnificent! The service people were more than great; we make a lot of friends in your hotel. The presentation was great and like I told Manual, we will certainly consider buying into the hotel later on the down road. I have all his information and I would give him a call, when we are ready to acquire.

I just wanted to say you were right! The hotel was fantastic and especially the service and food. Is very uncommon you stay in a hotel and the food happens to be great or even the service for that matter. “My husband stood with his mouth open after having such a great time.” All he talks about is your hotel the service we received and how he enjoyed himself so much!

All we’ve been dong since we got back is recommending your hotel to everyone. We will be going again next year, “god willing” and this time around we will be taking our kids with us.
