For reservations and determining the preferential rate or discounts, as the case may be, our reservation department will inform you if hotel rooms are available for the vacation period of your choice, and then establish the payment method.

Any additional nights which have been used during the year to which they correspond will not be available after the year in question.

The reserved individual nights which are not used will be deducted from the additional vacation period included in this program.

Advance payment will be required at the time of making your reservations according to the preferential room rates. This rate is not applicable during the weeks which include Christmas, New Years, Holy Week and Easter. During these periods, a discount of 30% will be applied to the public room rates in effect.

In case of cancellation, the sum of preferential room rate for one night will be charged. This rate will be the equivalent of the current daily maintenance fee for a studio accommodation in the destination of your choice applied to each night of your stay.

Owing the special discounts, a minimum advance payment, equivalent to one night’s room rate will be charged for each room reserved. In case of cancellation without prior notice, the same amount will be charged for each room reserved.

In those hotels, there is currently no maintenance charge, the preferential rate will calculated based upon the maintenance charge of the Krystal International Vacation Club destination where you acquired your membership.

The benefits of this program cannot be applied towards any other Krystal Hotel promotion or discount previously authorized.
