“Does this look like a couple who is having a great time?  Well, Krystal Vallarta sure helped”   

The aspect of Krystal Vallarta membership that most appealed to us is that having a large, close family a place where we could vacation together was essential.  Krystal fit the bill.  We love the intimacy of the resort with amenities so close by.   It is wonderful to be able to travel to the Marina or downtown in a short taxi ride.  We find the central location to be ideal.  
And, the Krystal staff was so very accommodating to us.  We were provided with three rooms, all in close proximity to each other.  Every time we left for a family adventure we returned to find our rooms freshened up, which meant that the staff was sensitive to the needs of a large, on-the-go group.

We love the grounds of the resort.  Unlike some of the mega-properties in Puerto Vallarta, it has a feel of Mexico to it.  We tend to avoid places where commercialism overlooks culture, and we find so much culture at the resort.  We particularly enjoy the grounds with plentiful lawns, beautiful Colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and Mexican aqueducts.
Another aspect of the resort that is important to us is that there are activities for all ages in which we could take part.  There are wading pools and playgrounds for the little ones, contests and games for our young adults and amenities and cultural activities for us, as well as a variety of places to dine.  Were we stay-at-resort types, we could easily fill a week with interesting activities without ever leaving the premises.

But for us, the resort was our home away from home.  Virtually every day was activity filled, and we used the concierge facilities extensively to decide how and where to spend our time.  Our requests were eagerly addressed, and without exception every adventure was greatly valued.   We parasailed, zip-lined, took jeep adventures, snorkled, toured and golfed.  We ate in terrific restaurants.  We mingled with local people in the streets of downtown Puerto Vallarta and immersed ourselves in the culture.  Our little grand daughter even came home speaking some Spanish!   Returning to the resort at the end of the day was truly like returning home.

We love our family dearly, and we are so grateful for our Krystal membership and the ease with which we can use it to make more family magic happen.
