We enjoyed vacationing at the Krystal the last few years and there are many stories of the people, the beautiful surroundings, the continuing development and the atmosphere of the Krystal. However the finest thoughts we have are not these stories, but rather the memories we have of the continuing helpfulness, honor and integrity of the vacation club staff.

When we purchased our membership the only form available was a fixed week from Saturday to Saturday. For religious reasons we do not travel on Saturday, which is our Sabbath. When I explained this at the sales office, we were told that although there was no such program available, they would try to set up our time so that we could arrive on Sunday as the first day of our week. The thought was that if the timing could not be arranged the purchase of the membership could be canceled. We had to leave for the airport and we read and  signed the necessary papers for our week and raced out to get a cab.

When we reviewed the papers later we saw that the papers we signed were the normal forms which established a Saturday week, as was explained when we signed, but there was no mention of the discussion about canceling.

After nothing more than a letter from us we received a call that everything was corrected as discussed and that the staff of the Vacation Club would do everything they could to be sure that we had a wonderful time while at the Krystal.

We know that over the years as the staff changed and modifications and improvements were made in the vacation plan, it became difficult if not impossible for our arrangements to be made through the computers. Nevertheless, we were always given the choices available and the staff always made clear to us that the special arrangements we made would continue to be honored.

There are many time share vacation programs - but we have never found another that is built on the integrity and honor we found at the Krystal.
