“We can't say enough about the people”

My husband and I purchased a time share at the Krystal International, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico about 5 years ago. We can only say fantastic things about the Krystal.

We love the villas that we have, we love the people, the beach and well, just about everything about this lovely older resort. When we are there on vacation, it is like being in a Mexican town with the cobblestone streets, beautiful trees, flowers, etc. There are people always working and cleaning to keep the resort in tip top shape. We can't say enough about the people that work at the Krystal, we find that they are truly lovely people and always willing to help in whatever capacity that they can.

Being senior citizens, we enjoy the villas as there are no steps and it is not very far to get to the beach. There are people of all ages that own, rent or just come on vacation for a few days or a few weeks. We also love the fact that even though we are not far from the bus stop, restaurants, stores, you feel as if you are isolated and in your own private piece of heaven.

One little story is that my husband got badly sunburned and the maid that took care of our room was such a sweetheart that she went and got some lotion and put it on his back and was just so very kind to both of us, in a few days, he felt lots better and she was to credit for his healing.

Krystal is always improving their resort and we enjoy seeing all of the new things that are happening there every year.
